A big part of the project required the new brand to echo through the website design with a single, strong visual identity. We partnered with the Reflections team to better understand the story behind the new brand and how their values could be best conveyed visually, whilst staying true to the new brand guidelines.
Another key objective for this redesign was to attract new talent and potential candidates for the recruitment pipeline and open vacancies. It was crucial to draw attention to the success and recognition of the studio as a key method for attracting prospective talent. This can best be seen through the decision to focus on the individuals, their contribution and their personal journeys alongside the games, as well as separate pages to showcase the projects themselves.
The ‘Legacy‘ section of the page then highlights how far the studio has come over the years with the impressive list of games their staff have collaborated on and delivered. This was best realised in the form of two easy to digest timelines, relating to both the games and the multiple awards they have rightly achieved along the way.
We found it an absolute pleasure to work with the project team at Reflections on the delivery of their new website, and we’re pleased to say that it’s gone down a hit. Not only have their career applications gone up, but they are seeing more relevant applicants for each position.
