Through comprehensive tech audits and stakeholder interviews, we gained deep insights into their objectives and aspirations. By leveraging shared tools and platforms we quickly onboarded StructureFlow. For example, React.js, a JavaScript library, is one of our in-house specialities and we knew we could rapidly get the best out of the technology to deliver against StructureFlow's evolving needs. Our strategy involved defining comprehensive objectives that not only addressed immediate client requirements but also anticipated user challenges. By creating a roadmap of "epics" and tasks, we devised a delivery schedule that aligned with StructureFlow's growth plans. Employing an agile methodology, we used wireframes and sketches to visualise ideas and iteratively refined them based on continuous feedback.
