Work we’ve shipped, and stayed to run.
23 years of building software.
Six of them below: what we built and what changed for the people using it, with more of our work following underneath.
Six projects,up close
A note on these projects: most predate the way we build now. They're here to show craft and judgement. Builds today run senior-led, with AI tooling doing the labour and our people doing the judgement. Back then, whether we stayed on afterwards was case by case. Today we stay contracted to run and improve what we build, as standard.

It starts witha free 30-minute call
Then a free briefing with two senior people, a paid discovery that ends with a clickable prototype and a full product requirements document you keep outright, and a build priced in writing before it starts. Then we stay: a 12-month maintenance and hosting agreement as standard. The whole path, and how the money works, is on How we work.
What webuild
Design and build, AI-accelerated and senior-led, plus standalone AI advisory for teams working out where it fits. The full picture is on one page.
