“There's a strong sense of community within the company; KOMODO goes above and beyond to help people feel like they belong where they are.”
As a senior at KOMODO, it’s your responsibility to teach and lead the team, helping developers learn new concepts, assisting designers in understanding what’s possible, and guiding customers to creative solutions. A thorough understanding of State management solutions and how they function (e.g. MobX, Redux etc)
Demonstrative experience of publishing React Native apps onto Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

An appreciation of Single Responsibility Principles, Clean Code, and/or knowledge of Design Patterns.
Excellent at written and verbal communication, both within the team and with our clients.

Confident in taking charge and leading/mentoring more junior members of the team.
Passionate about tech and willing to proactively stay up to date with the latest developments in your industry.
Confident in understanding and defining a client’s requirements in order to produce accurate project estimates.
Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
Able to embody our key values of understanding, creativity and intelligence.

One of our core company values is understanding. We believe that in order to produce great work, we have to understand a situation clearly and this includes understanding our team and their diverse range of needs. We always strive to create an open and safe atmosphere and look to empower our employees so that they can express themselves openly – free from judgement or discrimination.
