Gibson Research Consultancy run patient-centred health research for pharma, biotech and medical companies all over the world. It is careful, expert work, the kind that shapes how new treatments reach the people who need them.

Their website did not tell that story. It undersold a firm with real standing, and it made them harder to take seriously next to the bigger names they compete with. They wanted to step out of the shadows: a site with a clear structure, proper storytelling, and the confidence to stand alongside anyone in their field.

The Gibson Research Consultancy mark
The old GRC website before the redesign
The new site structure worked out in discovery

We started with research and competitor work to understand where GRC sat and where they wanted to be, then rebuilt from there: a clear sitemap, an editorial identity, and a refreshed brand with room to breathe.

The design leans into the seriousness of the work, a confident type pairing, a considered palette, hand-drawn detail, and clean space, so the content carries the weight. We built it on Framer, with a self-managed content hub so GRC can keep publishing their thinking without coming back to us for every change.

GRC do important work, and their old site did not carry any of that authority. The job was to build something that looked as considered as the research behind it, and that they could keep running themselves. The design gets out of the way and lets the work speak.

What we did

The result is a website that finally matches the firm behind it: considered, clearly structured, and confident enough to sit alongside the bigger names GRC compete with. It went live in 2024 and is in active use, with GRC managing their own content.

Refreshed the brand

An editorial identity, type, palette and hand-drawn detail, built to carry the seriousness of the research.

Gave it a clear structure

A new sitemap and storytelling that make the services and the standing obvious at a glance.

A content hub they run

A self-managed area so GRC can keep publishing their thinking without coming back to us.

Built to grow

Delivered on Framer and handed over, so the site is theirs to edit and extend.
